Dr. Charme is a graduate of The University of South Florida, College of Medicine.  He   graduated in 1989.  He then completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency program in 1993 at St. Joseph Hospital in Houston, Texas.

He had and Obstetrics and Gynecology practice in Boca Raton, Florida from 1993 until he moved to Idaho in 2006.  He currently has a comprehensive Gynecology practice and provides care for women from their teenage years through menopause.

He is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as Fellow in the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecologists.
