Dr. Criddle is a graduate of Pikeville College School of Osteopathic Medicine in Kentucky.  He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Microbiology from Brigham Young University in Utah.  His interships and Residency were completed at the Children’s Hospital of Illinois at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, in Pediatrics.

Dr. Criddle has certifications in Neonatal Resuscitation and Advanced Pediatric Life Support.  His professional organizations include the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Osteopathic Association.  Dr. Criddle is currently a Pediatrician.
