D. Dan Crossley, M.D.

Born and raised in Idaho, Dr. Crossley is a graduate of the University of Washington.  He holds a B.S. in Bacteriology from the University of Idaho.  He served his residency as a Family Practice Resident as well as a Transitional Intern at the University of South Dakota School of Medicine.

With many military decorations, Dr. Crossley is a Board Certified Family Practice Physician.  In addition, he has a military education in Combat Casualty Care Course and American College of Surgeons Advanced Truma Life Support.  Dr. Crossley is a member of the Idaho Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
